If you have never been a member of Costco it's a bulk warehouse store it's known for great prices and having the best return policy of any business. I will admit I have returned several items that were over a year old at Costco before, well used, and without receipt. Each of these cases the product didn't live up to its warranty and Costco took them back without complaint. Costco is also known for their product quality and for paying their employees fairly. If you have been a member of Sam's Club or other warehouse stores you'll find some similarities because they have all copied the original Price Club-Costco model, and in my humble opinion fail to equal them in return policy, product quality, and produce.
