It has a 3x optical zoom, 2.5 inch LCD, face detection, stability control, and records MPEG4 movies. The small profile of this camera makes it fantastic for putting in your pocket or purse while on the move. While I don't own this specific model, I do own a Samsung camera, and can personally say it's performed beyond my expectations. It seems to do better in low light situations then most digital cameras that I have owned over the years.
