Martha Stewart is offering a free Thanksgiving Cookbook online. The cookbook comes with over 30 recipes from Martha Stewart and other notable chefs. Some of the most interesting recipes we saw were Pumpkin Veloute with Scallops, Pumpkin Egg Ravioli with Brown Butter and Pecan Shrimp, Turkey Stuffed with Chestnuts and Prunes, Turkey with Mushroom Gravy, Big Martha's Mashed Potatoes with Cream Cheese, Chestnut and Apply Stuffing, Cranberry Parfait, Vanilla Marshmallow Meringue, and Pumpkin Pudding with Gingersnap Cookies.
